The event is open to the Playing Members of all WDF Member Darts Bodies, providing they meet the eligibility requirements of the event in question see WDF Bye-Law 2.01 www.dartswdf.com/rules). Current PDC Tour Card holders cannot take part in any WDF Ranked Tournament.

DartConnect is a mobile app and website that helps people organize darts competitions and track scores. DartConnect will be used to score all events at the Toronto Area Open. Each player will be required to register for a Dartconnect account using their email address. Free accounts are available and there will be no additional cost to play in the event. Dartconnect does offer a premium membership for a fee, however, the premium membership is not required to participate at the Toronto Area Open.

Yes! WDF dress code is required for all NDFC/WDF ranked events. The World Darts Federation (WDF) dress code for players includes collared shirts, dress pants or skirts, and dark shoes. Players cannot wear jeans, denim, corduroys, any form of "track suit" attire, hats, headphones, or headgear (other than on religious or medical grounds).

For all other events (not NDFC or WDF ranked) respectful dress is required. 

For safety, NO opened toed shoes are permitted at anytime during the event.
